The purpose of this qualifications is to equip learners with the basic knowledge and understanding to use digital technology effectively in a range of environments. Content of the course covers the use of specific types of applications and general principles for using digital technology. The Level 1 qualification will teach you how to use E-mail, cloud based technology and programmes such as word, excel and powerpoint.
