Employment Education Training Group is an education consultancy, employability, and training service provider. We have in-depth knowledge and experience in successfully delivering learning and employment opportunities to young people and adults. Our experts have helped thousands of people, businesses, education providers, not-for-profit organisations, and government departments to engage, develop and support learners across the UK and much more.
Employment Education Training Group work within the Government funded training market. Our Directors have a combined 30 years' worth of experience within the Employability and Skills sector and are able to ensure quality provisions and flexibility to adapt our approach to our prime's needs.

We give learners vital experience, knowledge, and the confidence to learn and improve, thereby, improving employability or promotability.
16 -24 NEET
Recognising that young people have different motivations and learning styles, we tailor our training programmes to support them gain the skills they need to get their first start also run workshops with input from a range of different employers, so the young people get a range of experiences from the programme.
Adult Education Budget
As part of our service, we are excited that we are able to deliver the AEB programme that provides high-quality training to enable individuals to take on new jobs and progress in their careers. From our experience, we know that with new qualifications and support to learn the right skills and knowledge, they can gain confidence, succeed, and thrive.
Changing futures
Youth Attraction and Engagement
We have a team of qualified IAG Professionals who provide information, advice, and guidance to support young people. We run mentoring programmes, community events, creative hubs, and career workshops aimed at leveraging young people's engagement. An example of the programmes we have run includes “Write your future” - a series of virtual workshops.
