PARTNERSHIP WITH MENTIVITY
We met with a college pal Tyson Holmes-Lewis from the award winning Mentivity yesterday. Tyson, Sayce and the rest of the team at Mentivity have been great partners to EET Group and we looking forward to supporting each other in making our small business's grow. We spent our time talking about business and how we are both working towards the same goals in stearing young people away from crime, we shared case studies and the disappointment we feel when a young person turns to crime to pay their bills. As many people have said previously we need more employers willing to give these young people a chance. Do you think there should be more support from the government to encourage employers to take on young people?
PARTNERSHIPS WITH TFL
Jamie and Pierre attended the head offices of TFL this week to speak about apprenticeships advice, training and mentoring EET Group offer. We are delighted to now be partnering up with TFL on their current Construction projects. The team at TFL were really receptive to our ideas and we will now be running our Mental Toughness workshops and then referring learners over to TFL training hubs around London, for Multi Skills Training, Work Experience and CSCS cards. We attended one of the hubs in Lambeth and was impressed at how engaged all the learners were. If you would like more information on this project, please don't hesitate to contact us!
